brand new and looks great from the outside, but once inside it's a different story. the building is not soundproof at all, you can hear everything above you--people walking, shutting drawers/doors, talking even at a reasonable level, bass from stereo. don't even think of opening your window at night--sound from major highway right outside your window is deafening. a/c is shabby and people who live here are rude and obnoxious.
