I stayed here for two months on a corporate housing offer. The apartments are very nice - good appliances and architectural details - and very quiet. I can't hear the neighbors to either side unless their dog is barking directly on the other side of the wall from me, which is about as good as it gets unless your apartment is completely soundproofed. I've never heard about any security issues.

The only negative I can think of is that the noise from the freeway is quite loud and the windows aren't sufficiently insulated to keep it out.
