You know, here is the thing... Stoneleigh at the Reserve in itself is a nice place to live. Good Neighborhood, Quality Apartments, etc. I have never written one of these things before, but I had to this time...

The bad thing here is the Management. They recently went through another management change and I swear with every change they get a little worse. Nothing here is dealt with in a timely manner, no-one has any idea what any other employees are doing or suppose to be doing. If you deal with one employee, you can't call the next day and expect anyone else to know what you needed or what was supposed to be done.( because chances are it DIDN'T get done.) So, good luck if the employee you were dealing with has a day or two off, because you'll have to wait to talk with that employee if you want your problem solved. In addition to the management having ZERO communication with each other and you, when they are called on not doing things in a timely manner as they promise, they become incredibly sarcastic and rude with you. In person, over the phone, and don't expect any apologies. They are all in their twenties and aparently haven't learned what etiquette is yet.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with them, and I wouldn't advise putting my money in the hands of young adults if you can even call them that.

Don't believe the tour you take (especially the exercise room). Most of those machines are broken, and to date have never ever been fixed properly. That was a big draw to signing a lease here was the huge "professional quality exercise room ".

The week we moved in, we heard DOGS BARKING EVERYWHERE, exercise equipment was broken, apartment walls DO CHIP if you bump them, the walls are paper thin, dog poop is all over the lawns, and of course the employees.

I never rant like this, but our family has had it.

JUST A WARNING.

Just FYI: The average age of the leasing staff here at Stoneleigh is early to mid 30's (I asked them myself), and they are wonderful people who work harder than most people. They handle over 300 apartments between the few of them, and I think that you need to cut them a little slack. Not everyone is going to jump to the second you demand it. Its not all about you! The management is great here and they do everything they can to help us out when we need it. I have seen it first hand.
