These apartments are overall very great, they are nearly brand new, have a great location, and have a nice decor. It was a rocky road when we first moved in, but when Pinnacle took over things steadily improved. My biggest complaint is that these units are not anywhere near what they want for rent from them. They have been making unnecessary "improvements" such as repaving the parking lot (for an almost brand-new community) and placing new faux hardwood flooring in the entries. There was nothing wrong with the parking lot or the flooring before - the new flooring may look nicer, but what a waste of money to make such drastic changes for a building that was built only a couple years ago. We did live here during the kidnapping incident, in the same building actually, however this kind of thing can happen anywhere - and the management took swift action after the fact - even bringing in the Plymouth police to speak to the residents about improving safety. If only more people had shown up for that meeting!
We did had major problems with the former management company, nothing would get repaired, and most of them seemed very uncaring, but things have steadily improved since the management change. Like most buildings now days, this building was thrown together far too quickly and too cheaply - the walls cried when it rained and the one-pane windows were very drafty. The main reason we moved out was because rent was getting out of our price range.
