I have currentley been with Stoneleigh for 3 years, and I have never at one point had any negative things to say about living here. The management team and employees have always treated me with pure professionalism and friendly manners. Being in a sales position for my carrer, I look for small things in customer service, and this team has never let me down! When I needed something attended to in my apartment, I simply sent them an e-mail from work that morning and when I arrived home that evening all was taken care of and even a friendly note from the maintanence team was waiting for me on my kitchen counter. When I want to veiw some of their dvd's from their library for free, thay are happy to fax the list over to my job and set them a side for me to just swing in a pick them up. Last winter I had my sister staying with me a few days from out of town, and one leaseing consultant worked past his quitting time to find an open garage space for my sisters rental car so she did not have to park it in the minus 30 degree weather we were going to get that night. To me its the little things people do, and this is a SHORT list of the many things they have done during my residency there. I made a good choice when I moved to this end of town, the place is clean, modern, great location and a top notch staff!
