Not only have we had several maintenance issues. There have been 13 break-ins here at Stoneligh (10 in the clubhouse) and they won't even install security cameras. Our vehicles have been broken into twice and one was stolen. Management informed us that we were probably negligent and didn't even apologize for what happened. I would suggest calling the Plymouth Police Dept. and obtaining a criminal report detailing all the problems here at Stoneleigh. Other apartments in this area do not have this problem and if anyone tells you different call the Plymouth Police and get the facts. Do not move here your money will be spent better and your business will be better appreciated more somewhere else.

They do have cameras, they are visible in all the buildings. Sadly, I don't think they have any in the parking areas. If there is just 1 break in, it's too much for me. But there are way to deter break ins, like not leaving valuables in site, lock you doors, tint your windows, as dumb as this may sound don't leave your keys in the car. While I lived there, I heard many cases of theft but it never happened to me. You can look into moving to a similar property and you will find similar crime rates. This is generally due to the higher class properties attract criminals. I'm sure the criminals don't live there, they just happen to come over from the hood to steal stuff. High class = Higher return.

The crime rate at Stoneleigh is unsually high compared to other apartment's of similar class. Per the police report from the Plymouth Police there have been only 3 break-ins at the other 5 properties in plymouth wiht units of 300 or more. Stoneleigh has had 13!

Leasing Staff is worst part. They will do lot of discrimination. Be prepared if you happen to rent there, you will feel diffference in every sense . It will start from rent(extra than others),when you pick packages, no greetings(No Hi Hello) and ofcourse no security camera in garage.
