YOU MUST NOT RENT FROM CROSSROADS AT PENN!

DO NOT LIVE AT CROSSROADS AT PENN!

Things always start out nice, new apartment, friendly office staff and it also helped the day we moved was nice and cool. This falsehood lasted all but a month and did the problems begin soon.

MICE are a serious problem within apartments and on the overall grounds. Dead mice can be seen in hallways, right outside of doors and even your own living room floor.

SMELL is a massive problem, phantom smells are everywhere you can imagine. With rodents in walls to fellow renters using illicit drugs in the hallways and in their apartments which creates a cloud of foul gas, yeah this place has it all.

CRIME is a problem that really can t be described in anyway aside from constant. The police are coming to the complex almost every night; tenants use the massive hallway system to attempt to avoid police, peoples cars are easy targets for vandals at night and that s all without even getting into the lucrative drug trade going on within the buildings.

HEAT doesn t work more then 40% of the time in these buildings. The heating system always is falling short, with many nights my wife and I had to dump every possible piece of cloth on us to keep us warm and when we woke up the in the morning it wasn t a surprise anymore to see the needle below 50 degrees.

NOISE kept us up almost every night in our first two months living there, we informed the management and they either failed to act or considered it a non issue. You can clearly hear music being played from every direction you have neighbors. The walls of these units are paper thin and at times the bass can be felt through out the building.

ABUSE happens here and there from landlords to tenants but this build and the company have made a killing out of it. This building abuses the situation people find themselves in and takes them for a ride knowing they have no other recourse. My wife and I have found a 3 bedroom house and are looking forward to leaving behind the worst years of our marriage in this building, we both extend our pleas with everyone, YOU MUST NOT RENT FROM CROSSROADS AT PENN!
