I lived here with my daughter for one year.It wasnt that bad! we never had any problems with the staff or other renters. Yes there was alot of drugs and drug selling. There were some creepy old men! People did get into fights.
There were times it was noisy...buts its an apartment remember'! They would always quiet down by 9 pm so who cares people have lives to live.

We did get our apartment broke into....they stole alot of stuff from us. But the rental office was very nice and discounted our rent....which they didnt have to do. They also werent ---- about our move out inspection, which i have had problems with in the past, where the office makes stuff up that was damaged or dirty and charges you for it. They were nice in that respect.
They had a great amount of parking, the pool was so big that it was never too full. BBQ area was large,security staff friendly, and large closet space.

But come on people.....what do you expect when you rent cheep and from Richfeild'''' If you thought that this place was gonna be like Edina...your an idiot..........i grew up in south MPLS and this is no different, just everyone is more cramped into a smaller space.
So renters its not that bad.
