I am living since April 2005. These apartments are very old, but have good maintenance. Location is good for everything. I started with 1year lease for 1-bed apt for 680/month (with first month free). 2nd year they offerred 720/month. this year I wanted to move to 2 Bed unit. They offerred 2bed apt for 1050 (now they are asking 1075) including garage. With the trust on them I signed for 6-month lease. I thought it was reasonable. but recently I came to know we can get a bigger and luxury apartment for the sameprice with superior aminities & utilities. So I searched thru internet and I found that its true. I gave vacating notice them now. And found good and bigger apartment with special price 1100 (includes all utilities even cable and highspeed internet). Fountainhead has biggest floor plan with 935 sq.ft. Now, I got luxurious 1225 sq.ft. What an ignorance'''

Other thing I want to tell, this apartment is very old. Windows are dirty and stucked. blinds doesn't move properly. They are changing the windows for few units. AC units are made before christ. Dont use AC units if its hot also, you would get sweat if you see the electricity bill. AC units doesn't cool room at all, but consumes electricity too greedily. We asked them why AC doesn't cool the room. They told us, we should keep the AC on for 3hours to cool the room. It was wrong, not 3hours. Keep it running entire day. no effect. there would be no difference from outside temp. Apartment Manager is famous for harrassing too much for cleaning before vacating. She
