I was waiting desperately for my lease to get over and get off from this apartment.Why , below are the reasons.

*The rental staff is not at all friendly , rude and do not treat you well.
*The apartments are old ( built like 50 years back ) and are not worth the rent you pay.
*Most of the apartments are infected with bugs ( the staff will hold the tenants responsible for this and impose a fine )
*The heating system does not heat as expected ( the maintenace staff cannot do anything about it )

Overall , I had a very bad experience staying there.

My advice, do not move in even if they have specials of any kind.

I agree with, do not live here! The managment is so rude! If the lady with the ugly,fake red hair is still there she is the worst! She told me and my room mates that she does drugs, but you proubly already knew that by the way she looks! There was an ant farm in our wall by the kitchen and the ants were there year round. They were there the first day we moved in. We told managment right away and they still claim its our fault. There alot of bad people there. Once two men older men walked right into my boyfirends apartment as I was entering. They just pushed them selves in behind me and started verbly sexual harrasing me. Then I would see them all the time around the building and that made me feel really unsafe just know they were around. This place is also located by the intersection on 76th and Penn. If you go the police station there is a map of where most of crimes are commited and it's by far the wrost in Richfeild. So I don't recomend the Cross Roads or the Conlanies. They are even worse than fountainhead! They have many rapes, murders and other crimes every year! Fountainhead is proubly the best bet if you want to live neer that intersection in Richfeild. The place isnt that bad when it comes to being clean and not exeremly dumpy looking. but I wouldn't live here if you have kids! I wouldnt call it safe.
