I was there in this apartments for six horrible months.I would say horrible for following reasons.
1.The people who maintain the apartment are not professional.
A)There were bugs reported in the apartment and they were trouble shooting it for over a year and not clear a thing (dedicated service).I believe they give such low quality treatment so that the bugs do not die (instead grow) and they can fine the people on lease to be incharge of that.
B)We (myself and my room mates) handed over the apartment and did not get any notification about any dues which we need to pay or the deposit which we could get back. When my friend moved to a new place they simply said that a lot of payment is due and we moved out without settling the payment. We are shocked and when we inquired about that we were informed that we need to pay them 120$ about which they never told a thing even when we called them.
C)They are very generous :(.We cleaned the house for 3 days and handed over it in a condition better to which they actually provided us initially. And they said we need to pay them only 120$ in addition to 200$ deposit which is purely for cleaning.
This includes only (removing some dust from 3 closet tracks,Bathroom side tiles and some dust from kitchen cub boards).Just so y' all know cleaning cost 40$ per hour.
There was another friend who just handed over the apartment without cleaning and paid only 400$.They also informed us that they are not going to fine us for bed bugs which they were treating for over a year now and made us to throw our bags, furnitures just for the cause of bed bugs.
Finaly not the least the name fountain head apartment comes from couple of fountains which will work hardly a month before winter and spill water all over the side walk for 4 to 5 months.
There is more to be told but i do not want to talk/remember about this place anytime from now.
Finally,If you have any children be careful if ur fate choses to go this apartment, bcoz during summer the lawn is covered with Duck ---- most of the time.

I will say this bed bugs are extremely difficult to get rid of and unforunatley those are the precedures to get rid of them at any property. Trust me it may have been a pain to have to get rid of your stuff but you don't want to move them into a new apartment either. Fountain Head is a dump!

Where did u buy furniture from? localfiles/Craigs list or was it new?
If you buy cheap furniture, u get bed bugs for free. The complex cant do anything about it. You can't get 5 star comfort for $700 a month.
So either be ready to spend or be cheap and SHUT UP!

Fountainhead apartment has a big problem of bed bugs. Pest control department came for the treatment of bed bugs but nothing has happened. Infact it has increased I think. Bed bug is a huge problem here. So be careful. Not recommended.
