Pros
#1: In the heart of the city. Rental service is not bad. You have to patient with them.
#2: They keep doing occasional inspections to minimize bugs, I guess they had been having bug problems. Our apartment is good, no issues so far.
#3: Apartment surroundings, hallways & laundry room are usually well taken care.
#4: In winters, they take good care to clean the snow, better than any other office parking.

Cons:
#1: Noise, apartments are very close to the highway. Most of the times when you open the door/window, it's like you are on the highway.
#2: There are issues with drainage system, frequent clog in the restroom tub.
#3: No value for long term renting. If you have been renting for a long time, they don't value you much, they keep increasing the rent for every extension. One problem I have noticed is, they show no flexibility in converting 1-bedroom unit to 2-bedroom unit, they expect you to complete the lease and then sign a new lease for 2-bedroom. I don't see their point it doesn't help the customer not their business.
