Its not that bad........Its a cheep apartment in RichField not Edina!! - I lived here with my daughter for one year.It wasnt that bad! we never had any problems with the staff or other renters. Yes there was alot of drugs and drug selling. There were some creepy old men! People did get into fights. There were times it was noisy...buts its an apartment remember?! #1: In the heart of the city. Rental service is not bad. You have to patient with them.
#2: They keep doing occasional inspections to minimize bugs, I guess they had been having bug problems. Our apartment is good, no issues so far.

My experience I was there in this apartments for six horrible months.I would say horrible for following reasons.
1.The people who maintain the apartment are not professional.
A)There were bugs reported in the apartment and they were trouble shooting it for over a year and not clear a thing
