Completely unprofessional. They are almost impossible to get a hold of when you call the office. When you do get ahold of someone they seem to be friendly, but not eager to hurry and help. Still waiting on a maintenance call from May...It's July! Maintenance man leaves a mess. Security doors are never secure and frequently broken. Extremely poor lighting, which has induced peeping toms. There is poor plumbing (toilet and tub frequently back up)and the parking lot floods when it rains. People enter your unit without prior notice and do not leave notes. Simply not the type of place I enjoy living in.
