I usually don't write recommendations, but these new managers deserve it! When I saw the other review posted here, I felt the need to point out that that the other review of our apartment complex was written about the previous management group who was running the property poorly. They may have deserved a harsh review, however, things may not have been quite as bad as described. Happily, Windsor Court has undergone a wonderful turn-around since the new managers have arrived. Each of the buildings has been redecorated with new paint, carpet, lighting and artwork. They have a new maintenance guy who seems to be always available to fix whatever needs fixing. The place looks great and I am happy to be living here.
