Great Landlords!!! I moved in to Windsor Crt almost 2 years ago and was not very happy with how quickly problems were fixed UNTIL January when the new managers and maintenance guys started. When my lease was up for renewal this month I was happy to sign a new lease and continue living here.

Crappy place I had moved from Kansas City, all the way up to Robbinsdale. The manager, her name was Chris, seemed nice and friendly over the phone. Halfway up, she changed her story about the price she needed for me to get in....but what was I gonna do? I was already halfway

do not rent from this place i moved in this place in march of 08 and since ive moved in all ive ahd is problems my tub has been plugged off and on sicne then my dishwasher does not work my air conditoner unit does not work and when it does it is so dam loud u cannot hear anything the hot water in

Worst Place Ever! I lived in Windsor court for 2 years. The rent was decent and the space
was decent. Then they went through 3 different building managers and the
place went to hell. My garage door, garbage disposal and bathtub all broke
and they never came to fix any of those things

Completely unprofessional. They are almost impossible to get a hold of when you call the office. When you do get ahold of someone they seem to be friendly, but not eager to hurry and help. Still waiting on a maintenance call from May...It's July! Maintenance man leaves a mess. Security
