I had lived at Avalon Cove for 5 years and had known the staff very well. They are the worst that I have ever met. They are very greedy, pricey, unreasonable and careless people. All what they care about is how to get the most money that the can from you and your deposit to maintain the apartments from your money and not as it is supposed to be from them. Be advised you will be ripped off if you rent with them.
