Horrible move out experience

This place seems really nice at first glance, especially with the newer appliances and plenty of room. But beware of the costs that this place can accure. For starters, I paid very high utilities in the winter due to all of the dead space that needs to be heated. On average I paided between $200-250 per month just for gas. Electric was $100 per month. Then you have to pay for water/sewer/garbage which tacks on another $60 per month. With all of these payments plus the $1000 per month for rent, I felt my paychecks burning up every month. Also, each floor is a different temperature at all times. It is unbearable to be on the first floor in the winter, because it is way too cold. Seriouly, it averages around 50F downstairs, when it is set at 80F on the main floor. Overall my experiences there were not bad compared to when I moved out.

A week before my moveout date, they sent me a long list of charges that would be taken away from my deposit if anything was not in immaculate condition. I ran out of time when it came to perfectly cleaning up the place and paid dearly. Ex. Microwave cleaning is $35, per Wall $50 if there is any marks on it (keep in mind they use a water based paint so it you ever touch the walls with your skin it makes a mark), $150 for vacuuming carpets (they charged me for rooms that I already cleaned). $$ for window washing, $$ for cleaning blinds. However the kicker was that they charged me $400 for some cheap counter top that turned yellow in one spot (their counter tops do not have any protection from water, because they are that cheap). Then they charged me $300 for a whole new kitchen sink that looked fine to me. Overall, they charged me $1300 extra when I moved out just for "cleaning" which they do anyway for new tenants and "new sink" which I don't believe that they replaced. They even have their own "collection agency" for situations like mine, which ofcourse is fake.
