Brittany Townhomes was a nice place to live before the current owners took over. As a person who has been in charge of cleaning up after college students left campus after the school year, these people were like Nazis when it came to leaving a clean place. My roommates and I had cleaned everything according to what they wanted cleaned but still got charged. When I moved in they told me I would have to wait a week, and that was after I had to leave my other apartment, basically trying to make me homeless for a week. When it came to record keeping they were terrible at that. They lost the inventrory sheets, so if you are going to live there, make copies!!!! My bedroom was in the basement and during the winter months, I had frost on my window and TV, until I bought a space heater. People never picked up after their dogs so you couldn't walk outside around the grass without stepping in dog poop. OH YEAH! If you want timely snow removal, don't count on the Brittanys. It took a month to clear the first wave of snow, and that was after I had to shovel out the front of my own garage.

I really disagree with what "save your money" said. I live at the Brittany Townhouses and I have been pleased with the company. I have never seen a company respond as promptly to concerns as they do. Also, I think that their snow removal process is quick and efficient. The lease says that they will be there within 24 hours after it stops snowing and they are always there before. The townhouses are nice with lots of space and the utilites are very reasonable!
