I've lived in the Brittany's for 2 years and I'm moving out in a week. I must say that it's been a FANTASTIC place to live for a 28 year old guy and my roommate!
I paid $685 with a roommate ($1295 without) and I had 3 BR's, 2.5 bathrooms, a fireplace, an awesome deck, and a 2 stall garage. The staff was great to work with and maintenance was always quick to make repairs.
I haven't moved out yet, but I'm assuming everything will go fine because I haven't trashed the place and I paid my rent on time. The other bad reviews are most likely from people that didn't do one or both of those things because that's all a landlord really wants - they're easy to please. I lived in a lot of different apartments because I move so much for my job, so I can tell the difference between a bad place and a good place. So, if you're a reasonable and considerate person, you'll love living here.
