Although the Brittany's townhomes and aprtments may be a bit pricey, they are absolutley worth it! I lived in two different apartments at two different times in my life and I have NEVER had a complaint. They are located in a very quiet neighborhood and management is always willing to resolve issues. I lived in a downstairs apartment and our heat was just fine... In the apartments trash is paid for!
