Coming from a real estate critic...here's my opinion of GrandeVille...
Luxury inside and out...from the clubhouse with fitness center, tanning bed, business center, and sauna...to the luxurious heated outdoor pool and cabana area featuring gas grill, refrigerator, surround sound and wireless internet! The apartments are fabulous! You don't even feel like you are in an apartment! 9 foot ceilings, private entrances, attached garage, washer & dryer, garden soaking tub and storage galore! GrandeVille is the only apartment community I'd rent at!!

They have hard water, and they don't tell you that when you are signing your lease. If you want to fix that, they let you know you can buy a water softener (costs thousands!) for your building, and you have to leave it there. But, they will install it for you!
Also, if you have a dog, they don't allow you to tether your dog outside to get fresh air.
They intercept all of your packages from the mail, but you have to pick them up only when they are open in the office. Makes for a big inconvenience.
And the pool is cold, not heated in my book! And the tanning doesn't get you tan, not sure if they change the bulbs. Oh, and you can only use it when the office is open...

Well, about the packages... I like that they recieve them for us, because if they didn't then the delivery company would either leave the package outside my door, and I don't want my stuff taken, or the other thing that happens, is that I would have to drive all the way out to the airport or to their warehouse just to pick up my package. I love that I just have to talk to the office to get my package instead of driving forever to get it. And about the hard water, it is livable. If you go anywhere else in Rochester, you still have to deal with the same thing. Rochester's water is hard and you just have to deal with it. Any other place you go with dogs you can't just tie it up and walk away. What if your dog bit someone?? Then what? At lease they have a pet park that you can just let the dog run wild off a leash....
