Great Place to live

A relatively new apartment complex with all the essential amenities.Underground heating parking definitely helps to keep your vehicle in good shape especially in the long and snowy Minnesota winters. It is centrally located right of US 52 close to Mayo Clinic and IBM. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was one of the first occupants of the apartment and i must say i enjoyed my stay there.
Hopefully the apartment management company will keep up its good work
