I lived at this apartment complex for almost a year and I must say it has to be the best place to live in Rochester. The underground parking, clean grounds, and quick maintenance staff were wonderful. The complex is relatively new so all apartments have brand new appliances and the laundry room in each apartment is useful. The management staff is great and moving out was a breeze. It is close to the 52 highway and close to Mayo Clinic and IBM. I tell all of my friends who move to Rochester to stay at Quarry Ridge. If I still lived in Rochester, I would definetely stay there again. Last I heard, they are looking for new ownership of the property. I just hope that the new owners pick up where the old ones left off.
