Discriminates against Mayo employees

Since changing owners, management this apartment complex has gone bad. They started charging for what was by word of mouth from the leasing agent when we signed our lease a free shuttle service taking Mayo employees to and from work during peak weekday hours. (I know my mistake was not getting it in writing and encourage all renters to get things like this in writing with your lease so this does not happen to you!) This was the biggest reason my spouse and I choose to rent from a place with higher rent. Now it is gone and I have to choose between walking to work and paying money I intended to save for more important things. Yes, the fee of $15/month is not extreme but it is the principle of the matter, especially the fee being added as Minnesota's bitter cold winter begins leaving those who used it with no choice that annoys me as much as the money.

I have lived at Quarry Ridge for 4 years now, and I think the new management is much more caring and helpful.I have seen alot of changes for the better. I dont ride the bus but it is a great service.

Seeing that the rent is 900 , paying $15 premium to use the shuttle shouldn't be such a big deal. High gas prices and the fact they bought a new bus makes it reasonable for them to charge a monthly fee for the bus.
