my husband and i lived at QR for 3 years and recently moved to another state. The apartemnts are spacious, with lots of lighting and have a washer dryer included. They have a great clubhouse and nice pool. The view from our balcony of the adjacent man-made lake was great.
However i have to say that they could be quite unhelpful; it was difficult to get a hold of the managment during the day over the phone or in person. It would take several attempts before you could finally talk to someone.
I also have to say that since we rented a 2BR/2BA apartment we were disappointed to only get 1 covered spot which is a necessity in the minnesota winters. This wasnt due to lack of availability as we were always able to rent an extra spot for $50/month.
however in general the neighbours are quiet and friendly and its close to the hospital which is a plus
