I figured I reviewed the others so I'll leave one here too.

Assigned underground parking for one the other outside plenty of spaces to choose from. Its mostly quiet, pray you don't ever hear the fire alarm go off. It is unnecessarily loud in the apartment, grounds are nice, nothing special ...yet. Safety, no problems. Construction is actually been done really well but with one huge mistake. The air system intake is right in the living room and extremely anoying. Maintenance was 5 star. Overall superior service compared to others.
