I lived in the apartments here for over 2 yrs. I could not get out of because I was waiting for my immigration papers and I did not want to risk delaying the process with change of address.

As one can imagine, I have seen it all. My first experience was the worst. I lived in 2nd floor apartment. Our neighbor downstairs used play loud music starting 11 PM in th enight until 2-3 AM everyday.

I called maintainance...asked me to complain to police. No help at all. No one cared in the manager's office. I personally think most of the problems hv to do with their attitude. Most of the tenants are immigrants like me..Mangagement just did nt think we deserve any courtesy.

Second, experience...At night, there was some odd smoke and smell in the bath rooms...I knew didnt smell like cigaretts. we used to keep the exhauston during the night cause our kid was months old. Later, we found out from the neighbor that the smoke was from POT..

Third, the apartments hv many McDonald like shops ( I saw at least two, when people in slow moving car drop by...one gets out and knock on our neighbor's door. Goes in and come out in minutes. The car with engine running picks the person up and leaves. I used to be very suspicious. I always lived in DECENT communities during my 12 yrs stay in US. I knew something going on. some thing ILLEGAL. I never saw my neighbor cause there r so many visitors.

What infuriated me most...when I went to manager's office to complain against the people downstairs smoking POT in the bath rooms. FIRST, THe manager and the entire staff denied that they know anything..THe manager said "we just cant go in accuse them of anything. They have rights".I told them you either take of this or I am going to break my lease and leave. Then they said they complained to the police and they r looking into the matter.I confronted them why he tried to BS me when I first brought up the criminal activity' He gave me LONG lecture and further BS. It was clear the guy and the staff....JUST DONT CARE.

The hallways are so stinking of smoke and terrible odor that you really feel SICK. The parking lots and the whole place looks like a ghetto (I am sorry to say).

Management is terrible. They may say they cant to do anything about what tenants do ..but the least they could do is to respect the tenants with genuine complaints rather than treat them with disrespect.
