Not bad for the $$$

I have lived at Rochester Village for about 6 months now and it isn't too bad. From what I got, 3bdrm 1200ft townhome with two different entrances for $649 per month. It isn't that bad. Utilities (gas and electric) are cheap as well. The management keeps the pools clean. However, like anywhere with section 8 housing you are going to have some people who don't take care of their part being a resident. So, some of those people factor in the lifestyle that people do not like seeing around their home. However, the management gets on top of people fast if there is something serious wrong. I know some people that don't have jobs and then I know of hard working Mayo Employee's like myself that find living here nice and affordable. Mayo employee's pay no deposit.
