This place is a piece of ----. The manager, Marge, is this arrogant, contentious, old lady who does not show the slightest amount of respect to the tenants. Watch out for her. And...read the all of the fine print (if you decide to make the bad decision of moving here). The parking is a big headache, the hot water always gets shut off, and the people who live there are really shady. There is one frickin' laundry unit for each BUILDING. There is no air conditioning, and the apartments look like something from the 60s.
