These apartments are spacious for the amount that you pay. Very small kitchen, but large bedroom with good storage space. Large windows help with lighting.
We felt safe living there, off street parking. Things we didn't like:
1. No AC (better have a couple fans!!)
2. SMALL KITCHEN (definitely made for single living or people who like to eat on a couch)
3. Small bathroom (there's a window though!)
It's a quiet place, beautiful in the spring/summer, next to a grocery, fast food, silver lake, and elementary school. The landlord Marge is an old lady who'll smoke in her office...but she takes care of the place. They have locked doors where you hook up a phone to your landline and the person can call your apt and you buzz them in...VERY secure that way!
