I lived at Summit Square almost a decade ago but I still recall it as one of the best apartments I ever leased. My one bedroom was above the office with the laundry just around the corner. The hallways were well maintained and parking was always available. The few maintenance issues I had were handled promptly and correctly, the first time. (Thank goodness for on-calls!).
I remember the area as being nice, big soccer fields across the street, grocery stores close by, gas station close...
I currently work in the apartment industry in Iowa and I know that a lot of reviews seem fake (like management wrote them) but I really am a previous resident and highly reccommend Summit Square to my residents that move to the Rochester area for various reasons (usually a job at Mayo, what else).
