Sunset Trails is a great apartment to live in. The office (Peggy and Erin) were easy to work with. We got a great move in special (a month free!). The apartments were spacious and nice. Any maintanence problems were resolved promptly and thoroughly. The heated garage was such a great thing in those long winter months. The fact that heat was included in rent was awesome. We always felt safe and secure, we loved the neighbors. It is a really friendly community. We also loved that it was right next to the Douglas Trail, my daughter loved it. The swimmingpool and clubhouse were great. Overall it was just a great great experience. I have no complaints about the price we paid, but if we were to have resigned the lease the price would have gone way way up! Still worth it though.
