I lived here for 3 years and really have no complaints. I've rented in 6 different places now from college to a young professional in Boston, San Diego, and now here. These apartments are by far the best place my wife and I have lived in. Rent is pricey for Rochester, but still cheaper than bigger cities.

Units: Nice open floor space design. It's quiet... nice thick walls, you never hear any TVs or parties. I'm probably a nosier neighbor... got a bigger sound system and never heard anyone complain (at least not publically!).

Parking: On of my favorite aspects of living here. Underground heated parking!! Half my commute to work will always be warm. No scraping ice off the windshield, secure parking.

Maintainence/Staff: Repairs are always done in a timely manner. The managers here are great and pleasant to work with. They hold your packages, and even deliver them at times (got recently married and a whole lot of gitfts came in at once). Plus, added touches like giving small gifts during christmas.

Internet/Cable: This is the only downside to living here. I'm one of those techy nerds. Have a 50 in plasma, spend hours on the computer... Cable/Internet company here frankly stinks. Limited channels, bad reception, slow internet connection, expensive rate. You can go through direct tv, but still can't get HD reception. HD Sattelite dish is too big for balconies. It is the only thing I would change here.
