Here is why you should not rent this apartment

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Apartment manager -rude.
Price - Very Expencive for rochester like city.
Cable/Internet company - You will be flustered with this.
In this economy it dose not make sense to rent this apartment as it is $300 more to regular nice apartment or town home in Rochester.
Now let say you plan stay for 2 years then you will be spending around $7000 extra with inconvenience of Cable / Internet
Also keep in mind that you when you renew lease rent will go up by $80 to $100.
