I moved into a three bedroom apartment at Trail ridge in Dec. 04. The management sold the building in May, and since then this place has gone way down hill. Cops are here every night. Nobody speaks english. WE HAVE COCKROACHES COMING IN THROUGH THE DOOR CRACKS FROM THE DISGUSTING NEIGHBORS. Currently the management is being sued by 5 tenants who have broken appliances they are refusing to fix, and the cockroach problem. The caretaker is doing the best he can, but the bottom line is the management company that owns this place does not care about this building and refuses to put any money into it. Our air conditioner was broken for two months before they fixed it after we had been bugging them about it every day. It broke again two weeks later and STILL hasn't been fixed. It was 95 degrees in this apartment all summer and they did not help us. TORTURE!! The pool was not even opened in the summer, they took the tarp off so we had to look at a giant hole filled with BLACK mud all summer. This place is DISGUSTING, DO NOT LIVE HERE! EVER!!
