I lived at Trail Ridge Apartments for a year and it was the worst year of my life! I only moved in because I was a college student and the onsite manager made the place sound so nice and told me upgrading everything. They never did. First of all, the day I moved in, the apartment office had been vandilzed and spray paint was everywhere. Then there were the roaches. I hadn't even unpacked anything and the bugs were all over the place. Children ran wild and broke windows and doors. The security door never worked. Management never fixed anything. In the year I was there, the building went through three apartment managers. When I did move out I was promised my deposit back but I never got it. It's been 11 months and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. When I try to call the people who own the building I'm always sent to a voice mail. I've given up getting my deposit back. Stay away from this awful place!
