Former tenant - I figured I reviewed the others so I'll leave one here too. Assigned underground parking for one the other outside plenty of spaces to choose from. Its mostly quiet, pray you don't ever hear the fire alarm go off. It is unnecessarily loud in the apartment, grounds are nice, nothing special ...yet. Safety, no problems.
