I have found the staff to be very responsive and more than fair. I looked at apartments for 3 months in the Northwest Suburbs and found nothing even close to the size, cleanliness, securety the Perserve offers. Whoever said they would not recommend it must not have paid their rent.

Obviously you haven't tried to move out! Or had a complaint. Yes, they have the size and also a heafty price tag, called numerous illegal move out charges,with nothing to back them up. I paid my rent on time every month for 23 months, and got a $2000 bill. I took them to small claims and the judge agreed with me not them. Just be aware of your legal rights whenever you rent!
