Looks good, but some problems

The place looks nice and has some stuff going for it; underground heated parking, indoor swimming pool, etc. On the other hand, a lot of the appliances are sub-standard, especially in a place that bills itself as luxury apartments. Also, noise is a serious problem here, and management does nothing about it, even after multiple complaints. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, this is not it. If you miss the days of 4am music in the college dorms, then you'd probably like this place.

I also agree with you. It looks nice because it is new, but not built to hold out noise. My door had a 1/2 gap to the hallway where enough light came thru to light the dining room. Of course the noise came thru just fine too. Kids running in hallways, parents not caring, ect.
