The place does have a lot of nice things going for it.
The worst management I have ever had to deal with.
This is the only person that could get anything done around the place.

Highly recommended I have found the staff to be very responsive and more than fair. I looked at apartments for 3 months in the Northwest Suburbs and found nothing even close to the size, cleanliness, securety the Perserve offers. Whoever said they would not recommend it must not have paid

Management that runs this place, watch out!!!! We just want to warn those of you that plan on renting one of these apartments in the future. If for some reason you have to break your lease, due to lost of job or job transfer, whatever the case, be very careful of what the office
