DON'T MOVE TO DALE TERRACE

Not only can you hear the neighbors do EVERYTHING, whenever you have a maitenance issue the "care takers" (and I use the term VERY losely) never do anything about it. Very loud, dirty, smelly building with disrespectful tenants and terrible management. Unless you are 22 and want to deal with the whole "bong crowd" I do NOT recommend moving here.
