The aparments were nice. We had an apartment that overlooked the pond out back. Our building was pretty quiet. Neighbors were friendly as were most people in the building. The only reason we left is because we relocated out of the state. They were always upgrading things too. We had brand new cabinets when we moved in. It was a great deal for the amount of rent that we paid. We also enjoyed the community room.

My only complaint is the management. I probably can count on more than two hands how many times phone calls went unreturned or follow up never was done. The communication by the property manager is next to appauling. After all this I would still recommend this apartment to people. Just make sure you do your own follow up with management and call them and harass them (kindly) alot if they don't call back.

I wonder if the problem is the larger management company, or just the horrible women that they hired for this property?

Horrible woman definitly. I live in another buidling owned by the same company and the manger here lives onsight and he comes the moment I call him with a maintenance issue. Hillsborough management is rude - I have delt with them personally... heads up their asses
