I moved here back in April 2007, and I haven't regretted it for a minute. Very spacious apartments, and a ton of modern upgrades were made to the apartments not long before I moved in here: carpeting, tiling, countertops, cabinetry, light fixtures, etc. It's also very, very quiet here, something I cannot say at all about the apt. complex I lived in before relocating here.
The only hassle I've had here is in one instance, one of the maintenance workers thought that the parking permit on my car wasn't registered, and I nearly had my car towed. I literally had to fend off the tow truck driver (who had quite the attitude, let me tell you). I checked with the office after all was said and done, and sure enough, my permit was on file, so obviously there has been communication problems with the staff here. Other than that, the staff here has been very helpful for the most part, but I would not say that they're top notch.
If you like amenities, there's no shortage of them here: fitness center, game room, community room, tanning room, indoor & outdoor pool, volleyball court, huge central courtyard with bbq grills, free storage lockers, plenty of laundry facilities, controlled access entries, underground parking, etc. In a way, it's like living on a resort, yet considering all the recent upgrades and all the amenities, the rent you pay won't empty your bank account. Great value here.
Just renewed my lease for another 12 months, and I'm looking forward to another peaceful year living here. Thank you Hillsborough
