Having lived in apartments in Chicago, Hartford, Denver, Phoenix and Charlotte I can tell you with authority that the management of this facility far surpasses that of complexes in other major cities. I have recieved nothing but prompt and curteous responses to all of my issues from Linda, Sarah and Raney (sp'). I have had maintenence issues often resolved in under 24 hours and the facilities crew is always helpful and respectful. The upgrades that have been provided at no cost (new kitchen, tiles, window coverings, ceiling fans and shower heads) are simply unheard of without dramatic rent increases (which I did NOT have to suffer). I regret terribly that I need to move out due to being transfered with my job and am almost considering the 160 mile commute in order to stay. To those who think that the management here is so "terrible" and "unfriendly" you have my sincerest condolences at having had your mansion on Lake Minnetonka foreclosed on and the loss of your butler, maid and driver. For the rest of us "common folk" who know what the real world holds in store for us and is appreciative of the outstanding experience afforded us, I tip my hat to the team at Hillsborough and encourage them to keep up the good work!

Hey Anonymous- Ya ever wonder why people choose to be anonymous? Is it because you're afraid of what people might think of you? Maybe you should drag your fat butt away frim the computer once in a while and interact with a real human being. I know it's probably hard for you to view the the glass as half full; but not everyone in the world feels the need to respond negatively to a positive review. You sound like someone who couldn't pay their rent on time too many times and blamed it on the post office not delivering your welfare check on time.
