Not so bad as people make out.

I have to say i like the place. It's quiet, neighbors are nice, the amenities are great and my personal experience with the staff has been positive. I wouldn't say it is stellar, but I'm not sure what that would look like, or why it has to be. It's true that they call when a package comes in, which is nice.
Yes, I'm feeling the pinch of a $770/month one-bedroom apartment now that my girlfriend has moved out, but you really do get your money's worth with the pools and workout room, etc. My last apartment, for $200 less, was the same size, but was basement level, had no amenities, had constant noise, had no deck, and it took forever for maintenance (read: owner) to fix anything.
I'm wondering if some people are posting from an experience last year, because i know they changed management companies recently. They are indeed low on residents, but I think that might be how everyone is doing.
Anyway, I like the place. My one complaint is not their fault - i can't have a grill on my deck.
