First of all, Management. Never helpful, rude, snobby, and inconsiderate. Maitenence is slow to getting to you, if it ever happens at all. Prices are pretty bad too. Ask $900 at movein on 2br, and if you want to renew a lease it WILL jump up over a $100 more. On top of that, pest problem. Had a mouse in my apt the whole time. They didnt take any action even after complaints. Because of this I moved. After going through all the procedures of moving out i only became more upset. I spent over 5 hours cleaning the apartment following their checklist. After all that, we had our walk through and they said they would be deducting about $50 from our security deposit. OK that fine. Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail, expecting it to be the rest of my deposit. As it turns out, they are saying that I will recieve nothing and owe them $100 extra!! Irritatated, I go to speak to them, to work it out. They wont hear anything. They say i didnt clean anything at all, even after we had the walk through and it was clean. They pulled out some BS documents saying nothing was done and told me if it isnt paid they will send it to collections. Nothing I could really do. Then I was asked to leave and not to return. I was scammed. $400 was stolen from me, even after spending more then what was necessary on the rent every month. Turn away! Don't buy into their pitches. The pool is all they have, and it isnt worth the trouble. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and essentially criminals!!
