The Palisades are very spacious and beautiful but you do pay for it big time. I have been a faithful resident for 5 years and management would not even negotiate with me about leaving my lease ONE MONTH early. I realize I signed a lease but come on, something has to give here and it isn't KMS thats for sure. So, nice apartments, pretty spendy but average for area just get a month to month lease or you'll be sued. Under ANY circumstance if you need to break your lease.
