The Palisades is Nice - But they keep EVERY Penny of Yours

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I have lived at the Palisades for two years and now that I am moving out and bought a home, they are keeping my security deposit, charging me a portion of the marketing charges to re-rent my apartment, and are saying I have to pay rent for an extra month. All this hassle because I gave a late notice by one week. They are not willing to work with their tenants at all!

Other than that, the apts are OK.
