You wouldn't believe the conditions I had to live in. You wouldn't believe the things neighbors told me. Mice!!!, silverfish!!! staff not giving notification and sneaking into apartments, office staff is condesending and lied straight to my face on several occasions, things fell apart in apartments very quickly and things would break in the buildings(flooring, tiling, plumbing fixtures, door handles, baseboards, balcony railings, stair railings, windows)and were left in disrepair or maintenance wouldn't show up, the fancy security doors always broke down leaving the building open for anybody to walk into and a few times the security doors failed the other way around and no one could get into the building, the "exercise facility" which consisted of four pieces of old cruddy equipment were always broken down. Watch out for this place and it's incompetant staff. They will try and trick you out of money and will treat you like crap..and if you ever happen to find yourself stuck in the hell that is The Palisades talk with a housing advocate and a lawyer like I did or you'll live in squalor and wont see a dime of your security deposit back in your pocket. Not worth the money they charge and not worth all the stress you'll have.
